Akusoli Insoles UK buyers have two routes: the vendor's web store, which lists a UK customer-service number, or the Akusoli brand store on Amazon.co.uk. There is no UK shop, UK warehouse or .co.uk website. The seller is a Lithuanian company and its terms say the insoles are made in China and posted from there, so allow extra time for delivery and read the return rules before you order.
This guide covers the practical side for British shoppers: the support line, delivery times, VAT on low-value parcels, your cooling-off rights when the seller is abroad, what the UK advertising regulator says about magnets, and which size to choose. It draws on gov.uk, Citizens Advice, the ASA and the vendor's own terms.

These are the facts we could confirm for British shoppers on 7 October 2026.
| UK customer-service line | +44 208 089 1401, listed by the vendor |
| UK website | None found; the .co.uk address does not resolve |
| Who sells it | UAB Mindra, Vilnius, Lithuania |
| Dispatched from | China, according to the vendor's terms |
| Delivery estimate | 1–3 working days to dispatch, then 4–14 working days in transit |
| Price in pounds | Not visible in anything we could load; check the checkout total |
| Amazon.co.uk | Akusoli brand-store listing; rated 4.0 out of 5 across 7,823 ratings (October 2026) |
| High-street stockists | None found, including Boots |
No. The brand serves British customers from its international websites and from Amazon.co.uk, not from a UK-registered shop.
When we checked, the .co.uk version of the brand name did not resolve to any website, a German country address refused the connection, and a former Danish domain forwarded visitors to a third-party promotional page. Rather than country sites, the brand runs language and region versions of its two main web stores, which is why a UK visitor may land on a page that looks international.
The vendor does publish a UK telephone number, +44 208 089 1401, which uses a London dialling code. A UK number is a convenience for callers, not evidence of a British company: the terms name UAB Mindra in Vilnius as the trader, and they say the agreement is governed by Delaware law. Keep that in mind when you think about which consumer rules apply, covered further down.
We also found no high-street retailer. A web search restricted to the Boots website returned no Akusoli results, and our guide to Boots availability and fitting the insoles in boots covers both meanings of that search. For the full list of channels outside the UK, see every genuine place to buy Akusoli.
Can you buy Akusoli Insoles in UK shops? We found no UK shop that sells Akusoli Insoles, including Boots and other high-street chains, as of October 2026. British buyers order online, either from the vendor's international store or from the Akusoli brand listing on Amazon.co.uk.
Allow up to about three weeks, because parcels travel from China rather than from a British warehouse.
The vendor's terms describe two stages. First, the order is prepared within one to three working days. Second, the parcel spends four to fourteen working days in transit. The terms add that orders go out from fulfilment centres that are not at the company's office address, so a Lithuanian return address on your paperwork does not mean the parcel came from Lithuania.
Orders through Amazon.co.uk show their own delivery estimate at checkout, which depends on the seller and how the item is fulfilled.
For most small orders VAT should already be built into the checkout total, because UK rules require overseas sellers to charge it on parcels worth £135 or less.
Gov.uk guidance in force since 1 January 2021 explains that on consignments worth £135 or less, the VAT is handled when you buy: the overseas seller charges it, or the online marketplace does if the sale goes through one. Consignments above £135 fall under the normal import rules, so import VAT and any customs duty are collected when the goods enter the country. The vendor's terms, for their part, say prices include applicable taxes and international shipping, while warning that duty or VAT may still apply depending on where you live.
| Consignment value | Who deals with VAT | What to look at |
|---|---|---|
| £135 or less, vendor store | The overseas seller, at checkout | Whether VAT is shown in the final total |
| £135 or less, Amazon.co.uk | The marketplace, at checkout | Amazon's order summary |
| Above £135 | Collected on import | A request for import VAT and any duty before delivery |
Multi-pair bundles and checkout add-ons push the basket value up, so a large order is the one most likely to cross the threshold. If you receive an unexpected request for payment before delivery, compare it with your order total before paying, and keep both documents.
UK online-shopping rules normally give you a 14-day cooling-off period, but Citizens Advice warns that they can work differently when the trader is outside the UK.
According to Citizens Advice, the cooling-off period for goods bought online starts the day after you receive your order, you then have a further 14 days to send the item back, and the refund is due within 14 days of the seller receiving the goods or your proof of postage. Some items are excluded, including those with a broken hygiene seal. Gov.uk tells UK businesses that they must inform customers they can cancel up to 14 days after delivery.
| Question | UK cooling-off rules (Citizens Advice) | The vendor's own policy |
|---|---|---|
| How long to change your mind? | 14 days, starting the day after delivery | 60 days from receipt, conditions apply |
| How long to post it back? | A further 14 days after cancelling | After support issues a return authorisation |
| When is the refund due? | Within 14 days of the goods or proof of postage reaching the seller | Up to 14 days after the parcel arrives and is checked |
| Hygiene exceptions? | Items with a broken hygiene seal can be excluded | The terms say returns are normally only for defective or damaged goods, on hygiene grounds |
| Who pays return postage? | Check the seller's terms | You do; the original delivery charge is not refunded |
Citizens Advice puts the key caveat plainly: "Your rights might be different if you bought something from abroad." Because UAB Mindra trades from Lithuania under terms governed by Delaware law, do not assume every UK rule applies in the usual way. On paper, the vendor's 60-day window is the more generous promise; the hygiene clause is the part to clarify with support, in writing, before you open the packaging.
If a refund stalls, set out the dates and amounts in an email to support, then contact your card provider or PayPal about a dispute. Our investigation of the company's complaint record describes the billing problems buyers report most often, so you know what to look out for on your statement.
Returns go through the vendor's authorisation process, and the cost of posting the parcel is yours.
Ordered through Amazon.co.uk instead? Then the return runs through your Amazon account and the listing's own terms, not the vendor's process. Our breakdown of the Akusoli listings on Amazon explains how the two routes differ and how to check who the seller is.
Do Akusoli Insoles prices show in pounds? We could not see pound prices for Akusoli Insoles from the vendor, because the order page loads its prices with JavaScript and only another country's version appeared for us. Unofficial pages quote figures, but we do not repeat them; check the currency and the final total at checkout.
The Advertising Standards Authority says it has not seen convincing evidence that magnets worn on the body improve health.
Its online advice on magnetic devices, last updated on 17 March 2020, says the ASA and CAP have not yet been shown convincing proof that magnets worn on or near the body do anything positive for health. We found no ASA ruling that names Akusoli. The regulator has, however, upheld complaints against other sellers in the same space. In August 2024 it ruled against a pain-relief footwear seller trading as Orthoback over a misleading "was" price, a money-back promise undermined by a restocking fee, and medical claims made without the required registration. That ruling concerns a different company, but it shows the kind of selling tactics UK shoppers are entitled to question.
The clinical picture points the same way. In a 2003 Mayo Clinic study of 101 adults with heel pain, 35% of those given magnetic insoles and 33% of those given sham insoles reported improvement, a difference too small to matter. If Akusoli Insoles feel good on your feet, the cushioning and arch contour are the more likely reasons; our feature-by-feature look at what the evidence supports and the complete Akusoli Insoles review go into more detail. Even the vendor's own disclaimer positions the insoles as a complement to professional care rather than a remedy for any illness.
Choose by the EU size printed in your shoes, then trim; the UK column on the vendor's chart is a useful cross-check.
Akusoli Insoles come in two sizes. S/M spans EU 36 to 41.5 and L/XL spans EU 42 to 47. The vendor's size chart lists UK, EU, US, Australian, millimetre and inch columns, and the Amazon.co.uk listing labels the smaller size as UK 3–7. We could not confirm the UK figures for L/XL from the chart, so check them on the vendor's page before ordering.
Men with larger feet will find a fuller conversion table and notes on work shoes in our men's sizing guide.
Both routes deliver to the UK; the real difference is who holds your money and who handles a return.
Whichever route you pick, read the basket line by line, pay with a card or PayPal, and keep every confirmation. Curious about the product's background? Our explainer on where Akusoli Insoles are made covers origin, and the Akusoli Insoles overview explains the design in plain English.

Yes, Akusoli Insoles can be delivered to UK addresses from the vendor's international web store, and an Akusoli listing also exists on Amazon.co.uk. Vendor orders leave from China, taking one to three working days to dispatch and then four to fourteen working days to arrive.
It may not apply in the usual way. Citizens Advice says your rights might be different when you buy from abroad, and Akusoli Insoles are sold by a Lithuanian company. The vendor offers its own 60-day return window from delivery, with conditions, so rely on that and keep everything in writing.
For a parcel worth £135 or less, UK rules make the seller or marketplace charge VAT at checkout, so an Akusoli Insoles order of that size should not trigger a separate VAT bill. Larger consignments fall under normal import rules, where VAT and any duty are collected on entry.
The vendor lists +44 208 089 1401 as its UK customer-service number for Akusoli Insoles, alongside the support email [email protected]. A UK number does not make it a UK company; the trader named in the terms is UAB Mindra of Vilnius, Lithuania.
No. We found no UK-specific website for Akusoli Insoles, and the .co.uk address did not resolve when we checked in October 2026. UK shoppers order through the brand's international web store or through its listing on Amazon.co.uk.
We found no ASA ruling naming Akusoli Insoles as of October 2026. The regulator's general guidance on magnetic devices says it has yet to see convincing evidence that magnets worn on the body benefit health, which is worth bearing in mind when you read pain-relief claims in any advert.
The vendor's terms say Akusoli Insoles can be paid for by credit card, PayPal or another electronic method, and that cheques and cash are not accepted. Paying by credit card or PayPal also gives UK buyers a further route to recover money if an order goes wrong.
Official UK guidance is linked; the vendor's documents are cited in words only, in line with this site's affiliate policy.
